Rogues Gallery: April 2013
Time to look back at what got done in April. Surprisingly little as it turns out (feel like I've said that once too often lately...). A total of only 14 figs added into the collection this month. This month I fell into a trap that I normally avoid, the trap being that I spent more time planning my painting than doing my painting. Obviously changing gears on Project Scrapheap halfway through had a lot to do with that but now that my schedule and some of my friends schedules have calmed down a bit I'm starting to actually plan some roleplaying rather than just aspiring to play.
Anyhow, I did get 9 figs painted from the ground up and added 5 touched-up pre-paints in as well. If all goes to plan (famous last words) I'll beat that number in zombie pirates alone in the first week or so of this month.

Rogues Gallery: March 2013
This past month saw alot of figures get touched up but very few figures actually get painted from the ground up.
I got a ton of stuff done for superhero gaming with a few decent multi-use figs in there but no big projects that really grabbed me.
At the end of last month I mentionned that I was going to be painting some generic sci-fi gangers but the project that was for seems to have not materialized.
April will definitely see more superheroes, more post apocalyptic survivors and the rest of the B-Team. I think I also have some more space-cops that need to get finished.

Rogues Gallery: February 2013
When I look back at my hobby-time in February I have to say it was a funny month. I got 50 figures painted; which on one hand is a bit more than usual for me, but on the other hand wasn't exactly the 50 figures I set out to paint at the start of the month. It's also odd in that while I got a reasonable amount done, less of it than usual is for games I'm actually going to be playing soon.
Looking forward to March there are 3 things on my to-do list:
1. Finish those last 13 Starship Troopers models
2. Get some generic gang member types done for sci-fi gaming
3. Finish the last of my old Warzone Capitol figures.
I may also get the other odd thing done here or there but those are the priorities (in that order) for me in March.

Rogues Gallery: January 2013 (better late than never?)
One of the suggestions I received last year to improve the blog was to post a month-end summary showing what painting a figure or two a day looked like at the end of a full month (thanks for the suggestion Justin!).
January's Rogues Gallery looks a little light as I only painted 18 figures this month which is probably the fewest I've done in a month since I started the blog. What I do like about this month's collection though is that although I had specific uses in mind for all the figures I painted there is definitely alot of stuff this month that will cross over into multiple games. In fact other than Bat-Bane I'm pretty sure every other figure here has multiple uses.
On the plus side February's collection will probably be the largest number of figures I've painted in a single month since I started this, whether I win the painting challenge or not I will have 52 more figures done by the end of the month.
So without further ado, here's what an hour here and an hour there can look like in your miniature collection when you add it up at the end of the month.
