A Blast From The Past: Ogryns!

I've been a little lax on updates lately so I thought to fill the void I'd show off some figures from a few years ago that I've recently begun thinking about again.

About six or seven years ago while I was still working for Games Workshop a bunch of my colleagues decided one Christmas to each paint me one of the (at the time) new Orgyn miniatures for the Imperial Guard.  With all the talk lately about a new Guard book I hauled out my figs from that period and started doing some touch-ups to my own work to have a decent looking force to try the new rules with.  These Ogryns however will be staying as-is (mainly because most of them were painted by people who are better painters than me anyway) but mostly because they remind me of a great time in both the hobby for me personally and a time when I worked with some of the best people I've ever worked with.

This might end up being all nostalgia-guard week but these guys definitely lead the charge.

    1. Unfortunately, no. They were presented to me as a group so I've never been 100% clear on who did each model.

The tanks in the next post on the other hand I have a detailled list for.
